Registration Information

The registration process consists of three steps:

Important Notes:

Steps 1 and 2 must be completed to finalize your registration.
Step 3 (abstract/proceedings upload) can be completed at a later time if needed. To upload documents later, log in to your account and navigate to the ‘My Account’ page under ‘Profile details’ section.

Account Creation:
Each applicant must create their own account to proceed with registration.
Conference Attendance Without Presentation:
If you are attending the conference without presenting, completing Steps 1 and 2 is sufficient. After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
Conference Attendance With Presentation:
If you wish to present at the conference, you will also need to complete Step 3: Abstract/Proceedings Upload.
– You can upload your abstract/proceedings during the registration process or return to the ‘My Account’ page later to complete this step.
– Once your registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

You will be notified via email about the acceptance status of your abstract/proceedings.
The status of your submission will also be updated on your account page.
