Welcome Message from the Conference Chair
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great pleasure to invite you to attend the 9th International Conference on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (9th BMB), to be held at the Montien Hotel Surawong, Bangkok from 14-16 May 2025. This conference is co-organized by The Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Section, The Science Society of Thailand Under the Patronage of His Majesty the King (BMB Thailand) and the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, as a special event celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University. The theme of this conference is “BMB 360°: Emerging Trends in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Research”.
The 9th BMB conference will be organized fully onsite and will offer a series of plenary and invited lectures, symposia, posters, and oral presentations as well as exhibition and technical talks. This will provide an excellent platform for scientists, researchers, educators, and entrepreneurs to share experiences, promote creative discussion, as well as to build and strengthen their networks.
Recognizing the important roles of the younger generation, a special Thailand Young Biochemist and Molecular Biologist Camp (TYBC) will be organized as a pre-conference activity. This exciting 2-day program held at the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University will provide a venue for young scientists to expand their perspectives through the inspiring talks given by renowned scientists, and to develop international networks for their future careers. Graduate students, researchers or academic staff (within 5 years of completion of their Ph.D. degree) can apply for this activity at no extra cost; however, the successful applicants must register and submit abstracts/proceedings at the 9th BMB conference.
